Committee On Public Art, COPA, is a committee of the Eastern Shore Art Association. This committee was established in 2001 to place works of art of the highest quality throughout Fairhope, developing an Art Trail. The committee raises funds in order to showcase Fairhope’s rich history of encouraging creative thought by the placement of a variety of outdoor art work throughout the community.

The presence of art in public places makes a strong statement to residents and visitors. It serves to educate adults and children about art, provides open access to unique pieces of art and enhances the quality of life of all who pass this way.
