About the Pelican: Honey calls herself strictly an amateur with a sense of humor and creative streak. Her entry, Pella Can-Can, will be a colorful and flamboyant rendition of a can-can dancer. Use of glitter, sequins, and beads will figure largely into her makeup. Netting and cloth will be used to create her attire. Altering the pelican to include high-kicking legs will be necessary.
